Planters made of decorative stone or brick offer a beautiful way to showcase flowers, but they are often prone to water leaks around seams and joints. Over time, water seepage can damage the slab or box, leading to reinforcement corrosion and structural issues. The water that leaks out is often laden with minerals, causing stains and cracks. To avoid these problems, it’s essential to waterproof the inner walls of planters, ensuring proper drainage from the bottom as intended.
We provide a seamless and durable waterproofing solution specifically for the harsh, damp environment inside planter boxes. Our system protects the structure against constant moisture exposure and prevents the migration of mineral-heavy water through decorative finishes.

To ensure the planter remains 100% watertight while supporting healthy plant growth, we utilize the following system:
- Primer: AQUASMART®-DUR.
- Joint Sealant: HYPERSEAL-EXPERT-150 for corners and joints.
- Main Membrane: HYPERDESMO®-PB-2K.
- Plant Preparation: Drainage membrane and geotextile (highly recommended before soil filling).
Product Overview
1. Advanced Epoxy Primer
- AQUASMART®-DUR: A revolutionary two-component, water-based epoxy primer. It features low viscosity for deep penetration, a long pot life for easy application, and excellent resistance to yellowing.
2. Bitumen-Extended Main Membrane
- HYPERDESMO®-PB-2K: A fast-curing, bitumen-extended polyurethane membrane. It provides high elasticity, aggressive adhesion to stone or brick, and superior resistance to both mechanical and chemical stresses from soil and fertilizers.
3. Drainage & Filtration
- Geotextile Membrane: This porous fabric layer acts as a filter, promoting efficient drainage and preventing water from building up and becoming stagnant beneath the soil.
