Waterproofing a new flat concrete roof can be challenging due to the natural expansion and contraction of concrete in varying temperatures, often leading to cracks, especially within the first 18-24 months. Our HYPERDESMO® Roofing System is designed for flexibility, effectively handling these movements, making it ideal for large roofs. This UV-stable, trafficable system offers long-lasting protection with an aesthetically pleasing finish.
System Product List
To ensure a 100% watertight seal, we utilize a specialized multi-layer approach:
- Primers: AQUASMART DUR, MICROSEALER-50, or UNIVERSAL PRIMER 2K.
- Joint Sealant: HYPERSEAL-EXPERT-150 for critical gaps and cracks.
- Main Membrane: HYPERDESMO® HAA (Applied in two coats).
- Protective Top Coat: HYPERDESMO® ADY-E.

1. High-Performance Primers
- AQUASMART DUR: A robust epoxy water-based primer for superior substrate adhesion.
- MICROSEALER 50: A high-quality primer that also acts as an effective rust inhibitor.
- UNIVERSAL PRIMER 2K: A solvent-less, fast-curing primer designed for challenging cold or low-humidity environments.
2. Main Waterproofing Membrane
- HYPERDESMO® HAA: This low-viscosity polyurethane fluid reacts with atmospheric humidity to form a seamless, highly elastic, and incredibly durable membrane. It is applied in two coats to ensure maximum coverage and strength.
3. Advanced Top Coat
- HYPERDESMO® ADY-E: Engineered from elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin, this top coat provides elite resistance to mechanical stress, chemicals, harsh UV rays, and extreme weather conditions.
