Car Parks
As space becomes increasingly limited, car parks above shopping areas are becoming the standard solution. For these light-traffic car parks, exposed concrete slabs require long-lasting resistance to weather conditions, durability, and elasticity to handle expansion and contraction. Proper adhesion to the substrate is also essential for maintaining structural integrity.
Our HYPERDESMO® system offers exceptional weather resistance and long-term protection with its superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for waterproofing and safeguarding:
- Metal & Concrete Structures
- Industrial Floors
- Car Parks & Ramps
- Stadium Tribunes & Stands
System Product List
For a durable, slip-resistant, and watertight finish, we apply a specific multi-tier system:
- Primer: MICROSEALER-50.
- Joint Sealant: HYPERSEAL-EXPERT-150.
- Main Membrane: HYPERDESMO®-HAA.
- Anti-Slip Aggregate: SILICA SAND.
- Trafficable Top Coat: HYPERDESMO®-ADY-E.
Product Overview
1. Specialized Primer
- MICROSEALER-50: A versatile primer that creates a strong bond with the substrate while doubling as a rust inhibitor for any exposed metal components.
2. Main Waterproofing Membrane
- HYPERDESMO® HAA: This seamless, easy-to-apply polyurethane system offers elite elasticity and adhesion to concrete. It cures through atmospheric humidity to form a long-lasting, protective barrier.
3. Safety & Traction
- SILICA SAND: To ensure a safe, non-slip surface for vehicles and pedestrians, silica sand is broadcasted directly into the second coat of the membrane.
4. High-Stress Top Coat
- HYPERDESMO® ADY-E: This elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resin is the final line of defense. it provides superior resistance to mechanical stress, chemical spills (like oil or fuel), UV rays, and environmental elements.
Technical Information
